Returns & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law, private consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email before the 14-day period expires.
This right applies to consumer (B2C) purchases in accordance with Greek and EU legislation.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• The container or product must be in the same condition as delivered.

• It must not have been modified, structurally altered, or damaged after delivery.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

3. Return Shipping & Transportation Costs
Unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for all return transportation costs.
Due to the size and nature of containers, transportation arrangements must be coordinated in advance with our company.

4. Refunds
Once the returned product has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days using the original method of payment.
Shipping and transportation costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges only in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products.
