Returns & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email before the 14-day period expires.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us first.
